Responsibilities:
Engagement: Help drive company-wide programs, events, and initiatives that reinforce employee engagement.Meal Program Management: Lead our food benefit program (lunches and dinners) responsibly and impartially, ensuring employees comply with policies and responsibly utilize the benefit.Onboarding: Support the onboarding process by facilitating training sessions and providing logistical support.Vendor Relations: Maintain ethical and responsible relationships with various Horatio vendors.Internal Communications: Manage employee Slack channels and organize team-building activities to foster camaraderie and a collaborative culture, ensuring all communications are professional and clear.Clubs: Lead our Club initiatives with the support of the PEC team.Required Skills and Aptitudes:
