Partnership Management Executive (Full-Time) — Colombia

Location: Colombia (must be based in Colombia)

Experience: 3–4 years

Function: Sales & Partnership Management (B2B)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and driven Partnership Management Executive to develop, manage, and grow our network of partners. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B experience, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to identify and onboard new partners while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new partners to expand our business network

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing partners

  • Conduct regular partner meetings (virtual and in-person) across Colombia

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and engagement

  • Track partner performance and ensure alignment with business goals

  • Support partner-related initiatives, campaigns, and growth activities

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in B2B sales or partnership management

  • Proven experience in acquiring and managing business partners

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to work independently and travel to meet partners when required

  • Based in Colombia

  • Fluent in English and/or Spanish (as applicable)
