We are seeking for a highly skilled 
Bilingual IT Professional
 with C1-level English proficiency to join our team in Bogotá. In this role, you'll provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for escalated issues in Windows and network environments. You'll work closely with helpdesk and engineering teams to troubleshoot complex problems, maintain IT infrastructure, and contribute to systems architecture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 tickets related to Windows OS, servers, and network infrastructure.
  • Maintain and support servers, storage systems, and networking equipment across multiple client sites.
  • Perform advanced diagnostics and root cause analysis for long-term solutions.
  • Conduct scheduled network performance testing and analysis.
  • Document ticket activity accurately and manage the support queue efficiently.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Tier 2 or Tier 3 IT support or similar role.
  • Advanced English (C1) – written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting ability and attention to detail.
  • CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent experience.
  • Currently living in Bogotá.

Nice to have (not mandatory):

  • Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Citrix).
  • Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Microsoft.
  • Understanding of ISO 9000 standards.
