About the Role

We're looking for an experienced
AIO & SEO Specialist

who thrives on strategy, execution, and measurable results. This role is ideal for someone who has already worked in an agency environment, confidently manages multiple client accounts, enjoys creating optimized SEO and AIO content, and delivers performance end-to-end.

You'll lead SEO and AIO initiatives, collaborate closely with designers and developers, guide content strategy, and serve as a trusted partner to clients. You'll also help shape how we evolve our AI-driven search strategies as the landscape continues to change.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own SEO and AIO performance for assigned client accounts, managing strategy, execution, and outcomes with autonomy.
• Take full responsibility for results. Using data to drive decisions, adjust strategies, and continuously improve performance.
• Lead keyword research, competitive analysis, site audits, and content gap analysis
• Develop, execute, and optimize SEO + AIO strategies aligned with client goals
• Create & optimize on-page content, blogs, landing pages, and site architecture for performance
• Conduct technical SEO audits and collaborate with design and development teams to implement fixes
• Implement and manage structured data to improve SERP features and AI-generated visibility
• Monitor and analyze performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and related tools
• Create, refine, and oversee high-quality content that ranks, engages, and earns AI citations and mentions
• Lead digital PR efforts, including outreach to bloggers, publishers, and online communities
• Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations to clients
• Proactively identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities across accounts
• Stay ahead of SEO and AI search developments and share insights with the team
• Contribute to internal process improvements and best practices

What We're Looking For

• Fluent professional English (B2 level or higher, CEFR) is a mandatory requirement for this role. This position involves written communication, reporting, and direct client interaction.
• Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing or related field
• 3–5 years of experience

in a digital marketing or SEO agency environment
- Proven experience owning SEO strategy, execution, and performance outcomes
- Strong copywriting and editorial judgment with experience producing high-performing SEO/AIO content
- Hands-on experience with
AI-driven search, citations, AIO/AEO optimization

, and evolving SERP features
- Advanced proficiency with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.)
- Experience with technical SEO, including crawlability, site speed, indexing, and structured data
- Experienced in leading digital PR, outreach, and brand mention strategies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including client-facing presentations
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
