Garantizar el adecuado funcionamiento del Learning Support Center, apoyando el desarrollo académico, convivencial y disciplinario..

Participar en la definición y puesta en práctica del horizonte institucional y del Proyecto Educativo Institucional, promoviendo la apropiación del Perfil Cambridge, el modelo pedagógico y las dimensiones formativas desde las áreas del Learning Support Center (LSC).

Liderar los equipos de psicología, nutrición, fonoaudiología, enfermería y terapia ocupacional, estableciendo planes de trabajo, realizando seguimiento a sus acciones y garantizando el cumplimiento de indicadores, políticas y un adecuado ambiente laboral.

Participar en el comité ejecutivo y en el consejo académico, asegurando la comunicación fluida entre el LSC y rectoría, directores de ciclo, docentes, familias y administrativos.

Apoyar los procesos de selección docente, admisiones y acompañar eventos institucionales como Open Day, Open House, bienvenida escolar y actividades culturales.

Revisar y asegurar el cumplimiento de protocolos de atención, asignar especialistas según cada caso, evaluar la viabilidad de los planes de trabajo y hacer seguimiento a los procesos terapéuticos.

Verificar el cumplimiento del POA del área, realizar la selección e inducción de nuevos profesionales y hacer seguimiento al desempeño del equipo del LSC y ME.

Gestionar convenios institucionales, solicitar y supervisar el uso adecuado de materiales, y garantizar la actualización de formatos y la información del LSC y ME.

Atender y gestionar oportunamente inquietudes, quejas o sugerencias de la comunidad educativa, informando a la Dirección cuando sea necesario.



Requisitos

Candidato/a
  • · Psicologa
  • · Mínimo 1 año de experiencia laboral en cargos similares.
  • · Nivel de inglés mínimo B2
