Finalidades y Proceso: 

El Engineer I – Middleware Operaciones es responsable de brindar soporte técnico sobre los componentes de Middleware en producción, asegurando la continuidad de los servicios y la correcta ejecución de las integraciones entre sistemas.

El propósito del cargo es garantizar la operación estable del middleware realizando análisis, identificación de fallas, ejecución de validaciones técnicas y colaboración en la gestión de incidencias..

Responsabilidades Principales:

  • Soportar la operación de los servicios Middleware, atendiendo incidentes de baja y media complejidad dentro de los tiempos establecidos.
  • Atender casos derivados de las alertas por monitoreo del funcionamiento de servicios, colas, APIs y componentes de integración, escalando desviaciones significativas.
  • Ejecutar validaciones técnicas básicas de integraciones y servicios tras incidentes o cambios aprobados.
  • Colaborar en la resolución de problemas (incidentes repetitivos), aportando trazas iniciales, análisis de logs y diagnósticos preliminares.
  • Asegurar el correcto registro y documentación de incidentes, evidencias y soluciones aplicadas.
  • Apoyar en la ejecución de pases a producción, siguiendo todas las instrucciones definidas por especialistas senior.
  • Aplicar lineamientos ITIL en la gestión de incidentes, cambios y solicitudes.
  • Mantener actualizada la documentación operativa, manuales, configuraciones y procedimientos técnicos.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de SLA operativos, priorizando la atención de incidentes críticos o de alto impacto.
  • Realizar cualquier otra función inherente al cargo y/o que le sean asignadas por su jefe inmediato. 

Área de Formación: ​​​Ingeniero o tecnólogo en Sistemas, Computación, Electrónica, Telecomunicaciones o carreras afines.​ Certificaciones requeridas por el cargo: Fundamentos Java, SQL, Fundamentos APIs

Idiomas y Nivel requerido: ​​ Inglés técnico básico (lectura y comprensión de documentación técnica, logs y APIs).

Otros Conocimientos o habilidades específicas del cargo:

  • ​​​​​​Conocimientos básicos en Java (lectura de código, comprensión de flujos).
  • Conocimientos básicos en APIs REST/SOAP, operación y pruebas simples (Postman, SoapUI).
  • Manejo de herramientas de monitoreo.
  • Lectura inicial de logs a través de Putty o herramientas web.
  • Conocimientos básicos en Oracle/SQL Server, especialmente consultas básicas y validación de datos.
  • Conocimiento general de transferencia de archivos (SFTP).
  • Familiaridad con control de versiones (GIT/SVN) a nivel operativo.
  • Entendimiento básico de arquitecturas de integración y microservicios. Familiaridad con contenedores Docker y despliegues en entornos híbridos o nube (AWS, Azure, GCP).​
  • Identificación y análisis preliminar de fallas.
  • Capacidad para comprender flujos de integración.
  • Documentación técnica precisa.


Experiencia: ​  1 a 2 años en roles de soporte técnico, desarrollo básico o monitoreo de aplicaciones. Experiencia en sectores bancarios/financieros es deseable pero no obligatoria.
