Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Operations Director based in Bucaramanga. The Project Operations Director will be responsible for managing daily operations, overseeing project execution, and ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget. The role also involves team management, budgeting, and ensuring high standards of customer service. The director will utilize analytical skills to optimize processes and drive operational efficiency.

  • Strong Operations Management and Budgeting skills
  • Proven Team Management skills and ability to lead a team effectively
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to drive operational efficiency
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Bucaramanga
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Experience in the venture capital industry is a plus
