La Oportunidad

El rol de Medical Value Partner integra perspectivas y datos del ecosistema de salud para alinearlos con los imperativos estratégicos de Roche, impulsando la innovación para los pacientes. Este rol incluye brindar experiencia científica y clínica en las áreas de enfermedades asignadas y en los recorridos de loss pacientes, abarcando productos en desarrollo, soluciones de diagnóstico y de salud digital.

Responsabilidades:

  • Actúa como socio estratégico, integrando perspectivas y datos de salud con objetivos de Roche para definir e implementar rutas estratégicas en las filiales.

  • Proporciona experiencia médica y científica en terapias asignadas, productos en desarrollo y soluciones digitales de salud.

  • Identifica brechas y prioridades de generación de evidencia para contribuir al Plan Integrado de Evidencia y respaldar estrategias de datos.

  • Garantiza estándares éticos, científicos y de calidad, promoviendo la seguridad de los pacientes y protegiendo la reputación de Roche.

  • Lidera la conexión de recursos globales de Roche para optimizar resultados en los pacientes.

Quién Eres

  • Formación académica en ciencias de la salud.

  • Experiencia comprobada en asuntos médicos dentro de industrias como farmacéutica, diagnóstico, biotecnología, práctica clínica, investigación o atención médica;

  • Dominio intermedio de inglés oral y escrito (obligatorio).

  • Comprensión del entorno del sistema de atención médica (política, reembolso, evaluación de tecnologías sanitarias), dinámicas de mercado competitivo, desarrollo de productos farmacéuticos, investigación clínica, cumplimiento médico, y gestión de evidencia (GE) y buenas prácticas clínicas, de distribución, laboratorio y manufactura.

  • Sólida capacidad de análisis, evaluación, síntesis e interpretación de datos, planificación estratégica, y gestión científica y de publicaciones; interés en tendencias de salud digital.

  • Sólidas habilidades de comunicación y dedicación al área terapéutica (AT) y productos, con conocimiento de la competencia.

Deseable

  • Experiencia en Mama u Oncología.
