At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Quality Analyst with automation experience to join our team in Brazil. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, innovative, transforming, and multicultural environment.

Position Overview:

As a Senior Quality Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions. You will use your expertise in automation to develop and execute test strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help drive the continuous improvement of our processes. Your contributions will directly impact project success and enhance the overall user experience.

• Develop, test, and deploy automated testing solutions using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and technical solutions, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Maintain and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability through rigorous testing practices.
• Identify and resolve defects in a timely manner, contributing to a seamless user experience.
• Mentor junior quality analysts and foster a culture of learning and development within the team.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, providing insights on quality metrics and testing progress.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the QA process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Proficiency in automation testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, or similar.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles and quality assurance methodologies.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for developing test scripts.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Knowledge of API testing and tools like Postman or SoapUI.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks.
