The Demand Planning and Customer Service Lead plays a critical role within the Supply Chain organization, serving as the primary point of contact for all planning and customer service

activities within the local market. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end demand planning, inventory and sourcing strategies, and ensuring a seamless customer experience

through efficient order management.

The position also serves as a key liaison between local business units, regional Supply Chain teams, and other Latin American markets.

As a Demand Planning and Customer Service Lead, you will be pivotal in driving accurate demand forecasts and ensuring exceptional customer service across the organization. You will lead the local S&OP process, align supply strategies to meet demand, and optimize inventory to support cash flow and reduce waste. This role is critical to maintaining service levels, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring seamless order management through strong cross-functional collaboration.

What You'll Do

  • Lead Demand Planning: Consolidate inputs from multiple sources at the SKU level for an 18-month horizon and drive the local S&OP process.
  • Ensure Supply Alignment: Collaborate with supply teams to meet demand, maintain service levels, and proactively address supply-demand gaps.
  • Manage Inventory: Optimize inventory levels for cash flow targets, improve quality, and reduce waste using frameworks like the 8 Losses.
  • Oversee Order Management: Ensure timely processing and fulfillment of customer orders, resolve issues, and act as the escalation point for service matters.
  • Enhance Customer Experience: Align service strategies with commercial teams, implement visibility tools, and lead initiatives to boost satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Coordinate Cross-Functionally: Work with logistics, planning, and finance to ensure seamless execution of orders and billing processes.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience combined leading demand planning process, S&OP and IBP process and/or customer service departments and strategies.
  • Fluent in English written and oral.

  • Postgraduate studies in Industrial engineering / logistics / Business administration.
  • Experience working in a matrix organizational environment and multinational companies.
  • Strong subject matter expertise: Forecasting, statistics, data analytics, demand planning, customer service metrics, customer experience, order management, SAP, demand planning modules, CRMs,
  • Skills: Strong analytical, ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations, results oriented and self-driven, strong sense of the importance of teamwork and collaboration, great willingness to serve the customer.
