to manage the full sales cycle with a strong focus on closing deals.

In this role, you will be responsible for converting qualified leads into customers and managing the sales process from first contact through deal closure, communicating confidently in English.

Responsibilities:

● Manage and follow up on qualified leads through digital channels (calls, video calls, and messaging).

● Present and sell a health-related product clearly and persuasively.

● Manage the full sales cycle independently, with a strong focus on closing deals.

● Begin building market presence and opening commercial opportunities in English-speaking markets.

● Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.

● Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and closed deals in the CRM.

● Build and maintain long-term customer relationships after closing.

● Previous experience selling Health - related products is preferred.

Requirements:

● Advanced English level (spoken and written).

● Experience in digital sales, closing, and high-ticket sales roles.

● Strong communication, negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.

● High level of autonomy, organization, and accountability.

● Results-oriented mindset and resilience.

Work Modality:

● On-site position in Yumbo, Colombia.

● Permanent contract (indefinite term).

Compensation:

● Base salary: COP 4,000,000 + commissions based on performance.
