Our Manufacturing Excellence team help us improve the efficiency, quality and safety of our manufacturing operations, and our Logistics Excellence team develop new and innovative ways to distribute our products to customers.

About The Role

Your responsibilities

• Lead our facility's manufacturing operations, focusing on efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
• Provide enriching leadership to our production teams, fostering an environment of growth and continuous improvement.
• Strategically plan and enact policies that enhance operational performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to bolster productivity and operational excellence.
• Maintain uncompromising quality assurance and compliance with both safety norms and regulatory standards.
• Manage budgeting, effectively distribute resources, and implement cost controls to ensure fiscal responsibility within manufacturing.

The experience we're looking for

• Demonstrated success in operational management within the fast-paced consumer goods sector.
• Firm grasp of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methods.
• Strong leadership capabilities with excellent communication skills and a knack for inspiring teams.
• Proficient in the use of ERP systems, analytics tools, and manufacturing technologies.
• Expertise in logistics management, supply chain processes, and vendor negotiations.
• Capable of making informed decisions that influence positive change and operational success.
