Accounting Manager

We are seeking an Accounting Manager to join our team in Cartagena, Colombia (Hybrid work model). The successful candidate will oversee accounting and tax processes, lead month-end and year-end closing, ensure tax compliance, and manage the finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise accounting operations under IFRS and Colombian regulations.

Manage monthly/annual financial closings, financial reporting, and cash flow statements.

Ensure tax compliance with local authorities (DIAN) for VAT, Income Tax, ICA, and foreign reporting.

Coordinate internal and external audits.

Implement foreign exchange (USD/EUR) hedging policies in line with Banco de la República and DIAN guidelines.

Lead and develop the Finance team.

Requirements:

CPA (Certified Public Accountant) with an active professional license.

3+ years of experience in similar roles.

Advanced proficiency in SIIGO ERP, Excel, and IFRS standards.

Advanced English (B2-C1 – Mandatory).

Up-to-date knowledge of Colombian tax reforms.
