El Business chef de Unilever Food Solutions (UFS) es el referente culinario del equipo. Su propósito es impulsar la adopción y el crecimiento del portafolio UFS en las principales cadenas de restaurantes, hoteles y operadores de Food Service del país, a través de la inspiración culinaria, la aplicación práctica de los productos y el entrenamiento técnico tanto a clientes como al equipo interno. Responsabilidades Principales 1. Gestión Culinaria y Relación con Cadenas Directas

  • Desarrollar y mantener relaciones estratégicas con los principales clientes del canal Food Service (grandes cadenas, hoteles, operadores institucionales).
  • Identificar oportunidades culinarias y comerciales en las cuentas clave, ofreciendo soluciones personalizadas con el portafolio UFS.
  • Liderar presentaciones, demostraciones y degustaciones culinarias alineadas con las estrategias comerciales de la compañía. 2. Apoyo Estratégico a Marketing y Desarrollo de Producto
  • Colaborar con el equipo de Marketing en el desarrollo y ejecución de campañas culinarias, lanzamientos y materiales técnicos.
  • Contribuir con insights gastronómicos, tendencias de consumo y propuestas de innovación.
  • Participar en la creación de contenido culinario (recetas, videos, aplicaciones, capacitaciones digitales). 3. Entrenamiento y Desarrollo del Equipo Interno
  • Entrenar al equipo comercial y técnico en aplicación de productos, técnicas culinarias y tendencias del mercado Food Service.
  • Ser referente en formación continua para el equipo de Chefs Asesores y KAEs.
  • Asegurar que las prácticas culinarias reflejen los valores de sostenibilidad, nutrición y propósito de Unilever. 4. Gestión Operativa
  • Administrar el centro culinario UFS garantizando la excelencia en demostraciones y eventos.
  • Apoyar la planificación y ejecución de eventos con clientes y socios estratégicos. Requisitos del Cargo Educación:
  • Profesional en Gastronomía, Artes Culinarias o disciplinas afines.
  • Deseable formación complementaria en administración, marketing gastronómico o gestión de alimentos y bebidas. Experiencia:
  • Mínimo 10 años de experiencia en el sector Food Service (restaurantes de cadena, hoteles, operadores institucionales o proveedores del canal).
  • Experiencia comprobable en posiciones de liderazgo culinario (Chef Ejecutivo, Chef Corporativo, o Chef Consultor Senior).
  • Conocimiento sólido de tendencias gastronómicas, manejo de costos, innovación culinaria y gestión de operaciones. Competencias Clave:
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación.
  • Pensamiento estratégico y orientación a resultados.
  • Capacidad de influir y construir relaciones de largo plazo.
  • Pasión por la innovación y por compartir conocimiento.
  • Manejo avanzado de herramientas digitales y ofimáticas. Idiomas:
  • Español nativo.
  • Inglés intermedio-avanzado (deseable). Ubicación
  • Bogotá, Colombia Con disponibilidad para viajes nacionales frecuentes.
