About the Role:

We're building a new high-impact AdOps unit to support brand-direct clients with a full-funnel approach — from pre-planning to post-campaign analytics.

As a
Senior Programmatic Manager
, you'll be a key member of this team, driving execution and optimization across
programmatic campaigns
to deliver measurable business impact.

What You'll Do:

• Be the Architect of Campaigns:
  Take the lead in executing intricate and complex ad campaigns across multiple channels (Programmatic, Paid Social, etc) for large brand-direct agencies with several sub-clients.
• Optimize Through Data:
  Monitor campaign performance employing advanced analytics tools and data-driven insights to optimize strategies and maximize impact.
• Problem Solver Extraordinaire:
  Troubleshoot and resolve any ad serving or performance issues, keeping campaigns on track and clients happy.
• Insights That Matter:
  Prepare detailed reports encompassing comprehensive campaign metrics, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and delivering actionable recommendations for ongoing enhancements.
• Empower Collaboration:
  Partner with the team to streamline workflows and hit campaign goals.
• Grow Future Talent:
  Provide guidance, support, and training to team members to strengthen their programmatic expertise and confidence.

What You Bring:

• Cross-Channel & Full-Funnel Expertise:
  3-4 years of experience in digital advertising operations, with a strong background in Programmatic and Paid Social.
• Platform Expertise:
  Proficiency in DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon Ads, Meta, Linkedin, etc.
• Mentorship Mindset:
  You enjoy sharing knowledge, guiding teammates, and helping others grow their skills to deliver stronger campaign results.
• Strong Communicator:
  You can translate data and insights into clear, actionable ideas that resonate with both clients and colleagues.
• Analytical Problem-Solver:
  You love digging into numbers, finding patterns, and turning challenges into smart, data-backed solutions.
• Language Proficiency:
  Fluent English (B2+ minimum, C1 preferred).
