LFG Ventures is a venture studio building and scaling consumer and B2B businesses in Colombia and the United States. Our portfolio includes Thermacure, a growing wellness brand in the infrared sauna space, and Fortex Design, a B2B telecommunications engineering services firm. We're looking for a Head of Growth to help us build the marketing and sales infrastructure that will power our next phase of growth across the portfolio.
What You'll Do
Referral Program Development (Thermacure)
Design and launch a doctor referral program: incentive structure, unique tracking codes, and automated commission payouts
Build and manage a network of 20+ referring physicians
Create supporting materials and train the team on program execution
Track referral performance and optimize based on data
Funnel Building (Fortex)
Build a conference-to-close funnel: pre-event outreach, lead capture, and automated follow-up sequences
Develop cold outbound systems: targeting criteria, messaging sequences, and tracking
Own lead qualification and handoff processes
Marketing Operations & Attribution
Improve Google and Meta Ads targeting and attribution across portfolio companies
Build and maintain dashboards tracking CAC, conversion rates, and funnel performance
Set up and manage marketing automation flows (email, WhatsApp) in Odoo
Sales Enablement
Support lead assignment and follow-up systems
Track time-to-first-contact and conversion rates by source and team member
Create weekly performance reports and identify optimization opportunities

Adaptable: Comfortable switching between B2C (Thermacure) and B2B (Fortex) workstreams
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, CRM/lifecycle, or a related role at a startup or agency
Hands-on experience with paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads) including campaign setup, optimization, and attribution
Familiarity with marketing automation tools (email, WhatsApp Business API, or similar)
Strong analytical skills—comfortable in Excel/Google Sheets, able to build dashboards and interpret funnel metrics
Experience with or willingness to learn Odoo
Professional written and spoken English
Based in Bogotá
Bonus:
Experience building referral programs
B2B outbound or conference marketing experience
SQL or BI tool experience
Compensation & Benefits
5M+ COP/month (base + performance bonus), with a clear path to 10M+ COP/month as milestones are hit
Uncapped commission on B2B deals closed

Schedule & Location
In-office: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM with option to work-from-home periodically.
