The Digital Marketing Advisor ensures clients achieve the best possible results from their digital marketing products. In this role, the advisor supports Digital Marketing Strategists in executing blogging, SEO, email, and social media marketing campaigns, with additional opportunities to assist in PPC account management and programmatic recruiting marketing. They help clients develop content marketing strategies, collaborate with writers and designers to produce original, search engine-optimized content, and create social media strategies that drive engagement and traffic. Additionally, the advisor leverages our proprietary AI platform for strategy development, content planning, creation, and publishing across client websites and social media channels.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Manage social media, SEO, blog writing, and email marketing campaigns for 30 or more clients.
Develop monthly content plans for blogs and social posts.
Ensure on-time delivery for all project deliverables.
Leverage our AI software and coordinate with our team to create world-class content.
Develop monthly reports that clearly illustrate the results we are delivering.
Earn four- or five-star reviews from your clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent work experience.
Experience: 3+ years of work in a marketing department or agency with a strong focus on content marketing, SEO, PPC, and social media.
Intelligence: Ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex marketing challenges.
Responsibility: Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects.
Caring: Track record of building strong client relationships.
Communication: Excellent ability to convey complex ideas and strategies.

Tech skills: Highly competent with Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and SEO tools.
Bonus: Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics Certification, Google Ads Certification, HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification).
Location: This job is for candidates located in the country of Colombia
