Tech Support Analyst

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

  • Atender, registrar, documentar y resolver tickets de soporte técnico.
  • Analizar incidentes y fallas técnicas reportadas en aplicaciones.
  • Diagnosticar errores y determinar su resolución o escalamiento oportuno.
  • Priorizar tickets según su impacto y criticidad.
  • Atender incidentes conforme a los SLA definidos.
  • Hacer uso de software y aplicaciones para llegar a la causa raíz de los incidentes:
    Emuladores
    Ambientes de prueba
    Versiones de testing
    Herramientas de logs y testing
  • Replicar incidentes para su análisis y validación.
  • Evaluar nuevas funcionalidades y apoyar procesos de pruebas (QA).
  • Documentar errores, causas raíz y soluciones aplicadas.
  • Registrar y tipificar consultas de clientes y colaboradores.
  • Ejecutar instrucciones técnicas escritas o diagramadas para la resolución de fallas.
  • Realizar consultas básicas en SQL para análisis y validación de información.
  • Analizar logs utilizando las herramientas asignadas.

Requisitos

  • Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas o carreras afines.
  • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en roles de soporte técnico, QA o similares.

Conocimientos básicos en:

  • Análisis de logs
  • SQL
  • Soporte a aplicaciones
  • Lenguajes de programación (Kotlin - TypeScript - Phyton)

Capacidad de análisis, documentación y manejo de incidentes.

Requisitos deseables

  • Nivel de Inglés B1 o Portugués.
