Job description:

We are seeking a dedicated Collector Specialist who is willing to work the graveyard shift.

Role Overview:

A Collector Specialist is responsible for resolving overdue bills and collecting payments from those who owe. They must ensure that they keep their employer's assets safe while also making sure those responsible for unpaid bills are contacted immediately. Monitoring accounts to identify overdue payment , finding and contacting debtors to arrange debt payoffs and keeping accurate records and reporting on collection activity.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of relevant experience.

A working PC with an Intel i5 processor or higher.

Must not have any other job during our shift: 10AM to 7PM Central Time (no gaslighting).

No attendance issues; must have a reliable PC and a backup internet plan.

A working PayPal account for payout.

Amenable to a monthly payout.

Ability to meet call, talk time, and appointment targets.

Willingness to start ASAP.
