We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced
E-commerce Listing & Content Specialist
to manage the creation, optimization, and maintenance of our product catalog on Amazon Seller Central and support listings on Shopify. This role is critical for maximizing product visibility and sales performance across our core digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
I. New Product Listing Management
- Data Aggregation:
Take minimal initial product details from the internal team and conduct comprehensive research to gather all necessary data points. - Content Optimization:
Develop and write compelling, SEO-rich product content, including
Titles, Bullet Points, and Detailed Descriptions
, designed to maximize organic search ranking and conversion rates. - Keyword Strategy:
Perform detailed keyword research and implementation for both customer-facing content and back-end search terms. - Creative Coordination:
Act as the primary liaison between the internal team and external/internal designers to brief, review, and finalize all required product imagery, A+ Content/EBC (Enhanced Brand Content), and Storefront creative assets.
II. Listing Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Content Updates:
Proactively audit and update existing Amazon and Shopify listings to ensure content accuracy, compliance, and adherence to the latest SEO best practices. - Amazon Case Management:
Expertly open, manage, and follow up on complex support cases with Amazon Seller Central to resolve issues such as listing errors, suppressed listings, category changes, content lockouts, and product variation problems. - Catalog Health:
Monitor and manage listing health metrics to ensure compliance with Amazon's policies.
III. E-commerce Platform Support
- Provide backend support for the
Shopify
platform, including managing product imports, inventory synchronization, and basic content updates as needed.
Skills & Requirements
- Platform Mastery:
2+ years of hands-on experience
directly managing product listings and troubleshooting issues within
Amazon Seller Central
is essential. - Technical Familiarity:
Practical experience with the
Shopify backend
for product and inventory management. - Content Expertise:
Proven ability to create high-quality, data-driven listing content that drives conversions and improves organic search ranking. - Design Understanding:
A solid grasp of
e-commerce visual best practices
(e.g., image stack requirements, A+ Content structure, conversion-optimized visuals).
Note: Actual graphic design skills are not required, but the ability to effectively brief designers is. - Problem-Solving:
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, particularly concerning complex Amazon listing errors and case resolutions. - Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
