We are looking for a talented
IT Systems Engineer
who will join our infrastructure team.

What you will do:
- Manage around 300 Apple devices and Windows;
- Provide IT support to ~300 employees and contractors, addressing and resolving technical issues efficiently;
- Monitor and address potential security breaches, implementing preventive measures and solutions;
- Improve onboarding and off boarding processes by developing automations;
- Manage internal accesses;
- Internal IT services procurement and inventory;
- End user devices procurement and inventory.
What we look for:
- 2+ years experience with MDM for MacOS on 300+ devices;
- 2+ years experience managing MacOS and Windows machines;
- 2+ years experience with managing Google Workspaces, Slack, Entra ID, Jira, Confluence, Cloudflare Zerotrust;
- Understanding of network protocols;
- Experience programming/automation with Golang/Python;
- Experience with Git, Terraform is a must. Our Cloudflare configuration is stored in Terraform;
- Experience with passing security compliance (NIST, ISO 27001);
- Comfortable interacting with diverse groups of people and conducting virtual meetings.
Beneficial skills:
- Experience with passing security compliance (NIST, ISO 27001);
- Experience with any EDR solution;
- Experience with Kubernetes.
