ATP Development and Construction is seeking a part-time
designer/architect to create 3D rendering packages for our existing and upcoming projects.
We are a Los Angeles-based construction company specializing in residential and commercial projects
.

Responsibilities

The individual will be responsible for creating multiple renderings to showcase to our clients and team. The types of projects we work on are mainly Residential and some Commercial projects. We want to use these renderings to show our existing clients, but also include them in our sales pitch. We average 10-25 projects per year and prepare over 80 proposals per year.

Qualifications

  2. Structural Engineering
  3. Project Management
  4. Certified
    User
    of Revitt or AutoCAD
  5. Must be located in Medellín
