Ubicación: Eskişehir, Turquía

Modalidad: Presencial (enseñanza en academia)

Salario: 26,000 TRY/mes COP)

Ubicación: Eskişehir, Turquía – una vibrante ciudad universitaria en el corazón de Anatolia.

Requerimientos:

Profesionales recién graduados o con hasta 1–2 años de experiencia en educación, lingüística o campos afines.

Formación universitaria en Educación, Lingüística o carreras relacionadas.

Nivel de inglés fluido (para enseñar y preparar clases).

Conocimientos o experiencia práctica en diseño de clases, evaluación de alumnos y preparación de pruebas/clases.

Disponibilidad para trasladarse a Turquía y adaptarse a un contexto cultural e institucional distinto.

Responsabilidades principales:

Preparar materiales originales para clase (lecciones, actividades, exámenes).

Organizar el horario de clases en diferentes locaciones si es necesario.

Evaluar a los estudiantes mediante pruebas escritas y orales, y marcar sus tareas/exámenes.

Impartir clases grupales y/o privadas a distintos tipos de estudiantes.

Colaborar con el equipo de la academia para reportar el avance, facturar a los clientes por clases si aplica.

Perfil ideal:

Persona con actitud proactiva, buen sentido de la creatividad para planear clases atractivas.

Competencias blandas: adaptabilidad cultural, paciencia, trabajo en equipo, y buena comunicación.

Conocimientos técnicos: planificación pedagógica, evaluación de estudiantes, uso de herramientas didácticas (papel, digital).

Motivación para vivir una experiencia internacional, crecer profesionalmente como docente y desarrollar liderazgo global.

Importante:

Los candidatos preseleccionados deberán completar trámites administrativos antes del inicio del programa (visado, alojamiento, etc.).

Esta oportunidad se desarrolla en Eskişehir, Turquía. Se busca personas con disponibilidad para trasladarse durante toda la duración de la experiencia.
