About the Role

The QA Analyst is a key member of our Product & Technology team, responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our systems, tools, and processes.

Reporting to the QA Lead, Product Manager, or Engineering Manager, this role plays a critical part in delivering high-quality solutions that meet business requirements and provide an excellent user experience.

You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to validate functionality, identify risks early, and ensure that releases are stable, compliant, and aligned with company standards and customer expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and document test cases for web applications, internal tools, and system integrations.
  • Perform manual testing across functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory test scenarios.
  • Validate requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria before and during development cycles.
  • Identify, document, and track defects clearly, ensuring proper prioritization and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with Developers, Product Managers, and Operations to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release readiness activities.
  • Ensure data accuracy, workflow integrity, and system behavior across different environments.
  • Support continuous improvement of QA processes, standards, and testing methodologies.
  • Communicate testing progress, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience as a QA Analyst or in a software testing–related role.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and QA best practices.
  • Experience with test case creation, defect tracking tools, and QA documentation.
  • Bilingual in English – fluent in oral and written communication.
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and quality.

Nice to have:

  • Experience testing APIs, databases, or backend processes.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and basic automation concepts.
