At this time we are seeking for outstanding professionals to work at Roca Alliances for the projects of our client which is a U.S.-based cybersecurity company that provides integrated security solutions for businesses and managed service providers (MSPs). Its portfolio includes network security (next-generation firewalls), endpoint protection, secure Wi-Fi, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and centralized security management, enabling organizations—especially SMBs—to protect their networks, users, and data against modern cyber threats efficiently and at scale.
About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented Deal Desk Analyst to support our global deal desk operations. In this role, you will review and process sales deals, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely approvals.
You will work closely with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to facilitate smooth deal execution and provide insights that help optimize pricing strategies and margin performance.
Key Responsibilities Non-Standard Deal ReviewEvaluate and process deals that fall outside standard pricing or discount guidelines, ensuring compliance with approval policies and escalation procedures.
Approval CoordinationManage approval workflows and ensure timely escalation of complex or high-impact deals.
Data AccuracyMaintain accurate and up-to-date deal records within CRM and CPQ systems.
Reporting & MetricsAssist in preparing deal desk metrics, dashboards, and performance reports for leadership.
Cross-Functional SupportCollaborate with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to resolve deal-related questions and issues efficiently.
Process ImprovementIdentify opportunities to streamline deal desk operations and improve efficiency and turnaround times.
What You BringBachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
2–4 years of experience in GTM Finance, Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations
Strong understanding of pricing models, discounting structures, and approval processes
Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce experience preferred)
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
