We're looking for a passionate
Front-end Developer
to join our team in
Bogotá
We are searching for someone who not only writes great code — but takes pride in the details. If you're fluent in HTML, CSS, modern JavaScript (ES6), and you genuinely care about clean, scalable, and future-proof frontends

Responsibilities:

Our development focuses on agility, speed, and ease of use. You'll be expected to work with deadlines and deliver quality front-end experiences for our end users across browsers and devices.

  • Design, develop, and test, and debug.
  • Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
  • Build standard-compliant and cross-browser compatible code.
  • Accurately translate user and business needs into functional frontend code.
  • Translate user and business needs into functional frontend design.
  • Other related responsibilities as assigned.

Must-have skills & qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a frontend Developer
  • Bachelor's degree is a desirable
  • Strong, practical
    knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Confidence with
    basic PHP
    (especially in a WordPress or templating context)
  • A pixel-perfect eye for detail — matching designs is second nature to you
  • Experience working with
    SCSS/SASS, BEM
    , or another CSS architecture approach
  • A solid understanding of frontend performance, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility best practices.
  • Experience on using Git for version control and collaborating in code reviews
  • A problem-solving mindset — you're not just implementing, you're thinking long-term
  • B1/B2 English level
  • Must be based in Bogotá, Colombia (remote is not an option)

We would be amazed by – but certainly do not require:

  • Experience with build tools (Webpack, Vite, Gulp, etc.)
  • Familiarity with JS frameworks like Vue(even if light)
  • Some design sensibility — you don't need to be a designer, but you understand spacing, type, and visual hierarchy
  • Experience with WordPress (themes, templates, etc)
