What You'll Be Doing

Engage with inbound leads and promote our roofing services.

Screen potential customers to find the best leads.

Empathize with customers to understand their needs and concerns.

Manage schedules and appointments effectively.

Work towards achieving sales goals and earning bonuses.

Work Details and Compensation

We believe in being upfront from day one, so here are the key details of the role:

Role type: Customer Service (Full-time)

Weekly hours: 40 hours

Workdays: Tuesday through Saturday

Shift time: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time (U.S.), including a 1-hour unpaid lunch

This position follows U.S. business hours, so you must be comfortable adjusting for daylight saving time.

Start time is fixed — this is a morning shift and is not flexible.

Location: Fully remote, for candidates based in Colombia

You'll need your own laptop/PC, headset, and strong, reliable internet to work smoothly from home.

Experience level: Mid-level, ideally 2+ years in customer service or a similar role

Pay: $1,000,000 COP per week for 40 hours

Additional earnings: Performance-based commissions available on top of base pay and will be shared later in the hiring process
