This is a remote position.

Schedule: 

  • 20-25 hours/week: Monday to Friday flexible within client business hours (AU timezone)

Client Overview: Two Australian entrepreneurs running a heritage luxury stay and a mentoring practice.

Responsibilities: Airbnb admin, guest comms, social media, CRM updates, scheduling, document prep.

Summary:

Seeking a proactive and organized Virtual Assistant to support two ventures in hospitality and mentoring. The role involves managing short-term rental operations, guest communications, CRM updates, scheduling, and marketing coordination. Ideal for someone detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable working remotely with some AEST overlap.Responsibilities

First Venture

  • Manage Airbnb listings, including pricing, calendar updates, and amenity details.

  • Respond to guest inquiries promptly and follow up on reviews.

  • Coordinate with local suppliers and trades for property upkeep.

  • Track occupancy metrics and manage dynamic pricing through Pricelabs.

  • Schedule and monitor social media posts on Instagram and Meta.

Second Venture

  • Manage client calendars and mentoring session schedules.

  • Maintain CRM and Notion databases, including meeting notes and client records.

  • Format, proofread, and organize business documents.

  • Conduct research, summarize findings, and prepare professional reports.

General Administration

  • Prepare weekly reports and performance summaries.

  • Manage file organization within Google Drive.

  • Identify and suggest automation opportunities to improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Notion, AirBnB and Canva.

  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated initiative and effective problem-solving abilities.

  • Creativity with a good sense of brand tone and presentation.

  • Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to client time zones.

  • Excellent communication skills and written fluency in English.

  • Cultural awareness, professionalism, and discretion when handling sensitive information
