Role Summary

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing high-quality support to clients by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a service-oriented mindset. While previous experience in customer service or BPO environments is preferred, it is not mandatory, what matters most is professionalism, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating cases when needed.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions.
  • Provide product and service information clearly and confidently.
  • Follow internal processes to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues or gaps.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.

Qualifications

  • English level: B2 (required).
  • Customer service or BPO experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm, patient, and solution-oriented when handling difficult situations.
  • Proficient typing and basic computer skills.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Willingness to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
