Full Stack Engineer

Role Summary:

The Full-Stack Engineer is an experienced professional who
owns features end-to-end
: from design and implementation to testing, performance and production support. You'll work with
Angular (frontend) and Python/Django (backend)
, integrate APIs, optimize code quality, and collaborate closely with a Tech Lead and cross-functional teams.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in modern architectures, can ship high-quality features at startup speed, and is curious about leveraging
GenAI tools
to improve productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Frontend (Angular)

• Build and maintain features using
  Angular 17+ standalone architecture
  , TypeScript and modern RxJS patterns.
• Implement
  data-driven workflows
  with Reactive Forms, state management (NgRx or similar) and clean component design.
• Optimize
  performance
  (SSR, OnPush, lazy loading) and ensure good UX on multi-tenant UI setups (themes, branding, accessibility).

Backend (Python / Django / DRF)

• Develop scalable
  REST APIs
  with Django/DRF, including secure authentication and authorization (JWT, roles).
• Optimize queries, serializers and overall backend performance.
• Implement
  background jobs
  with Celery, caching with Redis and messaging via RabbitMQ.
• Handle secure data processing, encrypted fields and log masking where required.

Architecture & Design

• Apply
  clean architecture
  , SOLID principles and common design patterns.
• Design features with
  security, performance and maintainability
  in mind.
• Build reliable validation, session handling and
  JWT-based flows
  .

Database (PostgreSQL)

• Design and maintain relational schemas in
  PostgreSQL
  .
• Work comfortably with
  migrations, transactions, indexing, query tuning
  and more complex data flows.

DevOps & Cloud

• Write efficient
  Docker
  setups and work with multi-container environments.
• Use CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar) for build, test and deployment.
• Be familiar with core
  AWS services
  (S3, CloudFront, Parameter Store) and common deployment patterns (nice to have).

Monitoring & Logging

• Use
  structured logs, correlation IDs and log filtering
  to diagnose issues.
• Read and act on
  Grafana / CloudWatch dashboards and alerts
  .

AI & Developer Productivity

• Leverage
  GenAI tools
  to accelerate implementation, improve code quality and documentation.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 3–6 years
  building full-stack web applications in production environments.
• Angular 15+
  (ideally 17), TypeScript, HTML5/CSS/SCSS.
• Python, Django/DRF
  for backend services and APIs.
• Solid understanding of
  object-oriented and modular system design
  .
• Strong
  SQL
  and relational data-modeling skills (PostgreSQL preferred).
• Experience with
  Celery, Redis, RabbitMQ
  or equivalent background-job and messaging stacks.
• Exposure to
  CI/CD
  pipelines, automated testing and code reviews.
• Comfortable working in
  English (C1)
  with distributed teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience in
  multi-tenant SaaS
  or financial / payments platforms.
• Hands-on work with
  AWS
  (EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch, etc.).
• Previous experience mentoring juniors or acting as a go-to person for a specific area (performance, testing, etc.).
• Experience applying
  GenAI
  to real features (assistants, RAG, internal tooling).
