Job Opening: Staff Recruiter – Call Center (Onsite)
Location:
Barranquilla, Colombia
We are seeking an experienced
Staff Recruiter
to join our call center team in
Barranquilla, Colombia
. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of
one year of recruiting experience
and be
fully bilingual in English and Spanish
.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for call center positions
- Validate, vet, and onboard new employees
- Maintain accurate and organized employee and candidate records
- Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or staffing
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing and organizing employee data
