"We are seeking a highly skilled KPI Reporting Analytics Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytics using our COSMOS system. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent reporting skills, and the ability to provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.#### Key Responsibilities:1. **KPI Development and Management**:- Design and define key performance indicators that align with our business goals.- Regularly review and update KPIs to ensure they remain relevant and effective.2. **Data Collection and Analysis**:- Collect data from various sources to ensure comprehensive KPI reporting within the COSMOS system.- Conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.3. **Reporting and Visualization**:- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in COSMOS to visualize KPI performance.- Ensure reports are clear, accurate, and accessible to stakeholders.4. **Performance Monitoring**:- Monitor and track KPI performance against targets and benchmarks using COSMOS.- Identify areas of underperformance and provide recommendations for improvement.5. **Stakeholder Communication**:- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and meetings.- Collaborate with different departments to ensure data accuracy and relevance.6. **Strategic Support**:- Support strategic planning and decision-making processes with data-driven insights.- Provide recommendations based on KPI analysis to support business strategies.7. **Continuous Improvement**:- Continuously seek ways to improve data collection, reporting processes, and KPI relevance.- Implement best practices in KPI reporting and analytics.8. **Technical Proficiency**:- Utilize COSMOS and other tools/software for data analysis and reporting.- Ensure data integrity and security in all reporting processes.9. **Training and Support**:- Train and support team members and stakeholders in understanding and using KPI reports.- Develop documentation and guidelines for KPI reporting processes.10. **Compliance and Standards**:- Ensure all KPI reporting adheres to industry standards and regulatory requirements.- Maintain a high standard of accuracy and consistency in reporting.#### Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience in KPI reporting, data analysis, and the use of reporting tools.
- Proficiency in using COSMOS for reporting and analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Experience with other data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.
