Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and people-focused HR Coordinator to support and strengthen our Human Resources operations. This role is essential in ensuring compliance with U.S. labor laws, maintaining strong internal processes, and creating a positive and engaging work environment.

The HR Coordinator will collaborate closely with leadership and employees across the organization, managing core HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll support, and employee development initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on company culture and long-term growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring full compliance with U.S. labor laws and company standards.
  • Create, update, and manage employee handbooks, internal policies, and compliance documentation.
  • Manage employment contracts, employee records, and all legal HR documentation.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening, interviews, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Act as a trusted liaison between management and employees, supporting conflict resolution and fostering a healthy workplace culture.
  • Support payroll processing, benefits administration, and ensure compliance with tax and labor regulations.
  • Design and implement training programs, performance evaluations, and career development initiatives.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, satisfaction surveys, and retention strategies.
  • Maintain HR systems, generate reports on key HR metrics, and coordinate audits to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Provide administrative and operational support that contributes to overall business efficiency and growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or a similar role.
  • Advanced English level (written and spoken) is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws, HR compliance requirements, and best practices.
  • Proven experience managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
  • Familiarity with payroll processes, benefits administration, and tax compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Experience using HR systems and reporting tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Work Setup Requirements:

  • To perform this role effectively, you must have:
  • A quiet home office space to work optimally.
  • A stable internet connection (minimum 100 MB).
  • A laptop/desktop with updated software.
  • A secondary backup internet option to ensure reliability.
