Homecare Scheduler

We're Hiring HomeCare Scheduler – U.S. Homecare Industry

Are you detail‑oriented, organized, and experienced in HomeCare scheduling? We're looking for a
HomeCare Scheduler
with
at least 1 year of full‑time experience
coordinating schedules within the U.S. homecare industry.

This role is essential to ensuring smooth operations, efficient caregiver coverage, and an excellent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily schedules for nurses, caregivers, and therapists
• Communicate with patients, families, and staff to confirm appointments and resolve conflicts
• Ensure full shift coverage and respond quickly to last‑minute changes or call‑offs
• Maintain accurate records in scheduling software and update calendars in real time
• Collaborate with HR and Operations to align staffing with patient needs
• Monitor compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and healthcare regulations
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional, solutions‑focused attitude

Important:
The résumé
must
include previous HomeCare experience with clear task details.

Candidates must also submit a short video presentation showing an outgoing attitude (no reading from a script).

Required Skills

• Mandatory:
  Minimum 6 months of HomeCare Scheduling experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. homecare systems, terminology, and staffing models
• Proficiency in scheduling platforms such as
  ClearCare, AlayaCare, HomeTrak
  , or similar
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with high scheduling volume
• Fluent English (spoken and written)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in home care, hospice, or long‑term care
• Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
