¿Cuál será tu rol?

Serás un apoyo clave para equipos legales y médicos en EE. UU., realizando tareas administrativas y de atención al cliente en inglés.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Atención telefónica y por correo electrónico en inglés
  • Gestión de agendas y programación de citas
  • Organización y manejo de documentación confidencial
  • Ejecución de tareas administrativas con alto nivel de precisión
  • Apoyo operativo y administrativo con proveedores en Colombia
  • Colaboración con el equipo de gestión en EE. UU. (procesos operativos y contables básicos)


¿Qué buscamos en ti?

  • Inglés conversacional y escrito (mínimo
    B2
    )
  • Manejo de
    Microsoft Office
  • Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma
  • Organización, multitarea y atención al detalle
  • Actitud positiva y orientación a soluciones
  • Educación mínima:
    Bachiller (formación técnica o universitaria es un plus)
  • No se requiere experiencia previa
