Responsibilities
Now, about the opportunity for Sr. Accountant:

• Verifies and reviews details (both sending and receiving) of intercompany requests received
• Determines appropriate Intercompany accounting details (e.g. GL accounts, Cost Objects, Transaction Type, Tax Code, etc.)
• Recording financial transactions between different legal entities within the same parent company.
• Posts Intercompany journal entries on both sides
• Reconcile intercompany balances
• Perform currency revaluation for all entities
• Communicate with regional team for any reconciling item
• Ensures timely expense recognition (on both sides) for year-end Intercompany related accruals
• Collaborates with International teams to ensure consistent practical application of accounting policy across the enterprise.
• Ability to evaluate transactions based on accounting policy

What Are We Looking For

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 3+ years accounting experience preferred.
• QuickBooks and Netsuite experience preferred.
• Experience in handling international subsidiaries.
• Strong Excel skills is a must.
• Upper English communication skills is a must (both written and spoken).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excel in analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to adapt to rapidly-changing environments.
