Descripción del cargo:
Dar soporte en el diseño, implementación y seguimiento a la estrategia de Mercadeo de la unidad de Farm Animals para la Región CASA.
Funciones, obligaciones, actividades:
Coordinar el ciclo de aprobación de materiales promocionales en la herramienta Promomats.
Mantener actualizado el SharePoint de Marketing con nuevas las piezas disponibles e ir retirando las que ya son obsoletas.
Apoyar la organización y ejecución de seminarios, charlas, congresos y ocasionalmente asistir a los mismos para facilitar su éxito.
Apoyo en la ejecución y seguimiento de actividades promocionales con los diferentes clientes y distribuidores.
Preparación y presentación a los Marketing Managers de los resultados de campañas promocionales en Excel y Power Point.
Comunicación con proveedores para la búsqueda y compra de material promocional y otros servicios de las marcas a cargo.
Contacto con agencias de diseño y digital para la coordinación de nuevas piezas promocionales o ajustes al contenido actual.
Realizar tareas administrativas como creación de órdenes de compra, seguimiento a facturas exclusivas de la BU a cargo y pedidos de material POP a la bodega.
