About The Role
Lead and advise on the implementation of product innovation and initiative projects and their development process across different plants, based on market understanding and vision, ensuring compliance with current local and international regulations, in order to contribute to the leadership of the business units and the company.

What You Will Do

  • Ensure and guarantee regulatory, technical, and legal compliance of the company's processes and products in accordance with current Regional (Andean and Caribbean) and international standards (Global Standards).
  • Represent the company and respond to legal requirements demanded by the health authority, acting as Technical Director.
  • Review and validate documentation for national and international sanitary registrations. Implement current regulations. Provide technical advice. Approve and verify procedures for storage, conditioning, distribution, and traceability. Supervise training sessions, facility maintenance, equipment calibration, and records. Manage and monitor complaints, adverse incidents, inspections, and all responsibilities necessary to ensure the safety, efficacy, and quality of products.
  • Lead, advise, and analyze actions required to deliver projects related to Initiatives, Innovation, and development of cosmetic products and new and/or existing processes, contributing to the company's leadership while staying up to date with market trends, technologies, and intellectual property.
  • Inspire and mobilize the team to positively impact technical results and personal development.

Who You Are
Education:
Professional degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry (mandatory), preferably with a specialization in Project Management, Innovation and Development, or related areas.

Experience:
3 to 5 years of experience in research and development areas.

Knowledge:
Office 365, Regulations (ISO 9001, GMP, ICA, Technical Manufacturing Standards), SAP, research, development, and formulation of new products. English level B2 (mandatory).
