About The Role
You'll serve as the
primary relationship owner for ~25–30 clients
, ensuring seamless communication, accurate delivery, and proactive account health. Success means clear coordination across internal teams and visible client satisfaction that leads to retention and renewals.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, responding to emails and requests within 24 hours
  • Lead regular client meetings and share campaign insights
  • Translate goals into clear tasks for internal specialists
  • Review and proof deliverables before sending to clients
  • Track client budgets and report performance monthly and identify risks and opportunities for account growth
  • Keep Asana and reporting tools up to date and visible

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of agency account management experience
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, and websites
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage 20+ concurrent clients or projects
  • Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organization and follow-through
  • Confidence presenting to decision-makers and guiding next steps
  • Collaborative energy with the ability to coordinate cross-functionally

Bonus Points

  • Experience in multifamily or property marketing
  • Hands-on use of WordPress or Sprout Social
  • Comfort with analytics dashboards (e.g., Agency Analytics)
  • Prior U.S. agency experience
