Role

Consultants with +3 years experience to facilitate Market and Credit Risk operations and reporting processes in the Risk Operations team. The role includes process engineering, administration, 10Q/K disclosures, data mining and global Credit/Market risk Initiatives.

  • Daily Management reporting of credit/market risk exposures and key risk indicators
  • Prepare Weekly/monthly/quarterly Risk slides and presentations
  • Working with the Risk Operations and Risk IT on the transformation & modernization of the risk reporting architecture for Market and Credit risk
  • Ability to troubleshoot VBA, Automation of existing reports, reducing the risk of manual error
  • Ability to write complex SQL queries to extract data from a database
  • Assist with disclosures, regulatory reporting and firmwide quarterly data mining, analysis, coordination and reporting
  • Provide support to the Credit/Market Risk Officers and work closely on global initiatives
  • Update procedure documents as needed and document new procedures
  • Assist in AdHoc projects pertaining to risks, risk statistics, trading activities, risk monitoring and other initiatives
  • Involve in IT projects, database and risk infrastructure development.
  • Ability to discuss and relay information on data analysis to market/credit risk managers
  • Must be hands on and have the initiative to take on multiple projects, tasks and duties within a given time frame

Qualification/Desired Skills

  • Experience in Risk and Risk operations and reporting, Market Risk, Credit Risk , VaR reporting
  • Adept in Excel with knowledge of either VBA, SQL and Python
  • Experience in working with large datasets and manipulation of data in Excel
  • Ability to navigate systems, access data and identify discrepancies.
  • Very good communication skills, fast learner and team player
  • Undergraduate degree and Post graduate in MBA or Finance
