The Job Purpose:
The Assistant Manager of Employee Engagement & Communications is responsible for leading initiatives that promote employee well-being, engagement, and inclusion across IGT Solutions' Colombia sites. This role ensures the effective implementation of wellness programs, internal communication strategies, events organization and engagement activities that enhance the employee experience, strengthen company culture, and support loyalty and performance objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Wellness & Engagement team, ensuring efficient program execution and alignment with HR and business goals.
- Design, implement, and monitor wellness initiatives.
- Oversee engagement calendars and on-site/virtual events, ensuring relevance, participation, and ESAT.
- Manage partnerships with health providers, wellness vendors, and internal stakeholders to optimize employee benefits and experiences.
- Supervise the execution of internal communication campaigns, ensuring timely and consistent messaging across all channels.
- Track and report engagement KPIs (ESAT, participation, feedback trends), providing insights and recommendations to leadership and action plans.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion practices through inclusive activities and communication.
- Coordinate with HR Business Partners, Emotional Care & SST to ensure alignment with broader people strategies.
- Oversee wellness budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and measurable ROI for engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with CSR and external partners to promote community engagement and social impact initiatives aligned with company values
- Collaborate with HR members to develop narratives and documentation that support external recognition and awards.
- Events organization and execution (ACE Awards, celebrations, engagement at all levels, etc.)
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Communications or Business Administration
- 3 years of experience in wellness, employee engagement, or HR program management (preferably in BPO or corporate environment).
- Proven experience leading a team.
- Strong organizational, event management, and communication skills.
- Empathetic leadership style and ability to foster trust and participation.
- Analytical ability to interpret employee feedback and engagement metrics.
- Intermediate to advanced English level (B2).
