ION Trading Functional / Technical Engineer.

¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Analizar y comprender los requerimientos funcionales del negocio de trading y mercados financieros, traduciéndolos en configuraciones y soluciones técnicas dentro de la plataforma ION.
  • Gestionar e implementar los flujos operativos de trading: pricing, quoting, negociación y procesos STP (Straight Through Processing).
  • Monitorear, operar y dar soporte a sistemas de trading de front office, garantizando estabilidad, disponibilidad y continuidad operativa.
  • Ejecutar y coordinar pruebas funcionales, unitarias y de aceptación (end-to-end) para validar cambios, integraciones y configuraciones.
  • Colaborar bajo metodologías ágiles (Scrum), participando en ceremonias, planificación y gestión de tareas a través de JIRA.

¿Qué deberías tener previamente?

  • Profesional en Sistemas, Telecomunicaciones, electrónico o areas afines.
  • Más de 3 años de experiencia demostrable en la plataforma de trading ION.
  • Experiencia trabajando con algunas de las principales plataformas de mercado, tales como Bloomberg, Tradeweb, MarketAxess, MTS, Senaf, Euronext, Eurex, CME, entre otras.
  • Capacidad para configurar componentes core de proveedores (REFDATA, PXE, Market Gateways, CTS, VMQ, VMO, etc.).
  • Conocimiento de los principales flujos de trabajo de una plataforma de trading (Pricing, Quoting, Negotiation, STP).
  • Experiencia en pruebas (unitarias y de aceptación / end-to-end).
  • Experiencia previa trabajando en FinTech o campos relacionados.
  • Inglés nivel B2.

Habilidades Deseables

  • Conocimiento y experiencia trabajando con protocolos de mensajería (SOAP, JMS, MQ, FIX u otros).
  • Experiencia en el monitoreo, despliegue, soporte y operación de sistemas de trading de front office complejos.
  • Capacidad para analizar logs de plataforma.
  • Dominio de SQL.
  • Familiaridad con bases de datos y sistemas de software basados en mensajería.
  • Metodologías ágiles (Scrum) y uso de JIRA.
