Reclatam is seeking a Paralegal to join our legal staffing team and support an immigration attorney with a primary focus on removal defense work. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in detail-oriented immigration processessuch as O-1A visas or similar complex case typeswho is ready to expand their skills into removal cases.

Were looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values precision, and is eager to learn. Full training on removal procedures will be provided.

• Assist in preparing and organizing filings for removal defense cases, including motions, applications, and evidence packets.
• Draft and review supporting documents, affidavits, and exhibits under attorney supervision.
• Maintain case calendars, deadlines, and communications with clients.
• Conduct research on country conditions, case law, and procedural updates relevant to removal proceedings.
• Prepare and organize materials for immigration court and USCIS submissions.
• Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and agencies as needed.
• Support the attorney with other administrative or case-related tasks as assigned.

• Prior experience in immigration law (O-1A, employment-based, or family-based cases) preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and maintain accuracy under pressure.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new case types, specifically removal defense.
• Experience using immigration case management software is a plus (e.g., Docketwise, LawLogix, or similar).
