What's The Role
We are seeking a Campaign (CBM) Implementation & Automation Specialist to take ownership of the end-to-end execution of automated CBM campaigns. This person will be responsible for transforming insights and strategies into seamless, automated campaigns while continuously optimizing them based on campaign performance and evolving market requirements. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills, capable of driving cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth and efficient campaign deployment. This is a on-site, full time position with Liberty in Bogota, Colombia.
What You'll Do
- Lead the low-level design of CBM campaigns, incorporating multi-channel strategies (email, SMS, web, etc.) to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
- Collaborate across functions to ensure all necessary teams are aligned and working together to successfully implement campaigns. This includes coordinating with teams for assets like email templates, landing pages (PLPs), data integration, and more.
- Ensure the availability of all capabilities required for campaign automation, such as data sources, templates, and platform integrations. You will work closely with relevant teams to guarantee these resources are ready for deployment.
- Oversee the integration of all data sources into the CBM platform to build and execute the full CBM strategy, ensuring that all campaign data is accurate, accessible, and ready for use.
- Documenting all aspects of campaign development and execution, including detailed records of campaign strategies, assets, and any changes made during implementation. Ensuring that all campaign modifications and updates are accurately tracked and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor campaign performance and ensure that all systems are functioning properly for automated deployment, making adjustments as needed to meet KPIs.
What You'll Need
Preferred Education / Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken)
Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis and presenting insights
- Proven experience in model development and implementation (Intermediate level)
- Strong expertise in analytical
- Previous experience in telecom is a plus, but not required
- Highly adaptable, able to balance local market needs with the broader group-level strategy.
- Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset, capable of identifying key opportunities and challenges in campaign implementation.
- Excellent project management skills, able to coordinate across multiple teams and ensure that all resources and capabilities are in place for successful campaign deployment.
- Exceptional presentation skills, including the ability to craft clear, impactful PowerPoint presentations for mid and top-level management.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to foster collaboration among teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support campaign execution and meet with key stakeholders.
- Exceptional time management, accountability, and work ethic, consistently meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build strong relationships and foster collaboration across diverse, intercultural teams, ensuring effective communication and mutual respect.
- Detail-oriented and organized, ensuring that all aspects of campaign deployment are meticulously planned and executed.
