Como Analista en Tiempo Real en Allied Global, serás responsable de monitorear y gestionar el flujo de trabajo en tiempo real. Tus tareas diarias incluirán la asignación de recursos, ajuste de horarios y optimización de la planificación de la fuerza laboral. Este es un puesto de tiempo completo y se realizará de forma presencial en nuestras oficinas ubicadas en Barranquilla.

Requisitos

  • Bilingüe: Al menos nivel de Inglés B2 requerido
  • Experiencia al menos de 1 año en Call Center, si tienes experiencia en el area de Workforce es un PLUS
  • Preferible: Dominio de técnicas de gestión de la fuerza laboral y planificación de la fuerza laboral (Workforce Management y Workforce Planning).
  • Técnico/ tecnólogo o profesional en carreras administrativas (Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería en Sistemas, Administración de Empresas o similares)
  • Excelentes aptitudes de comunicación para coordinar con diferentes equipos.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar tiempo completo y presencial (BARRANQUILLA)
