Get Linked Up is recruiting on behalf of our client, a U.S.-based personal injury law firm, for an experienced Resolutions Specialist to support cases during the settlement and disbursement phase.

Key Responsibilities

Negotiate and reduce medical bills and liens for personal injury cases

Communicate with medical providers, lien holders, and insurance entities

Prepare and finalize settlement statements and disbursement documentation

Ensure accurate calculations and compliance prior to client disbursement

Maintain organized case records and update internal case management systems

Collaborate closely with attorneys and case managers to ensure timely resolutions

Requirements

Proven experience working with personal injury settlements and resolutions

Strong background in medical bill and lien reduction

Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) – required

Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy

Ability to manage multiple files in a fast-paced legal environment

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience working with U.S.-based personal injury law firms

Familiarity with legal case management systems

Experience in remote legal support roles
