Position: Operations Supervisor

Location: On site, Medellín, Antioquia.

Are you passionate about process management and team leadership? Join our team and help strengthen client reLationships through efficient, results-driven operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain constant communication with clients to ensure timely talent management.
  • Participate in the selection process to ensure candidates align with organizational values.
  • Supervise and monitor team performance to meet KPIs.
  • Report all updates for accurate and timely client billing.
  • Analyze and implement process improvements to create value for both clients and employees.
  • Address employee concerns and suggestions regarding support areas (payroll, HR, IT, etc.) to ensure well-being and retention.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Education: Technical or professional degree in administrative, human, or social sciences.
  • Knowledge: Basic Microsoft Office skills.
  • Preferred: Previous leadership experience in Customer Service for BPO.
  • English: B2+ level.
