Brand Growth Manager

We're a fast-growing multi-brand DTC pet products company operating across Amazon, Shopify, and TikTok Shop with strong month-over-month growth. As we launch a new brand, we're looking for a Brand Growth Manager to take full ownership of its growth trajectory — from strategy to execution.
The RoleThis is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role where you'll act as the business manager for one of our emerging brands. You'll own revenue growth on Shopify and TikTok Shop, partner closely with our marketplace channel manager on Amazon performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams (supply chain, operations, customer service, and marketing) to hit ambitious growth targets.
You'll balance strategic thinking with practical execution — managing agencies, guiding creative production, analyzing data, and optimizing performance across all touchpoints.
What You'll OwnRevenue & Growth
Own Shopify and TikTok Shop GMV for your assigned brand.
Partner with the Marketplace Channel Manager on Amazon growth and optimization.
Track monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue performance.
Align all channels and teams toward unified growth goals.
Manage PPC agencies across Meta, Google, and TikTok, ensuring profitable scaling.
Provide strategic input on audience targeting, creative direction, and budget allocation.
Review performance data and identify optimization opportunities.
Challenge agency strategies with data-backed insights to improve ROAS and CAC.
Develop and test creative assets aligned with performance goals.
Build and execute integrated marketing strategies across DTC channels.
Oversee email and SMS retention campaigns in partnership with the retention agency.
Manage SEO initiatives and the editorial content calendar.
Coordinate social media and influencer marketing programs.
Lead the TikTok Shop affiliate program (agency-supported).
Write creative briefs and manage asset production across internal and external teams.
Guide concept development, provide feedback, and ensure brand alignment.
Develop and test creative variations for ads, landing pages, and campaigns.
Oversee content strategy, ensuring consistency and performance alignment.
Own site optimization and customer journey improvements.
Identify friction points and run A/B tests to improve conversion.
Collaborate with developers/agencies on landing page enhancements.
Track and improve funnel metrics (AOV, add-to-cart, checkout rate, etc.).
Manage relationships with all performance, retention, and SEO agencies.
Oversee influencer partnerships and future influencer coordinator hires.
Hold all partners accountable to KPIs and deliverables.
Lead brand refreshes or rebrands — working with creative directors and agencies.
Oversee Shopify site builds and redesigns, ensuring brand and conversion alignment.
Create detailed creative briefs for web projects and manage timelines through launch.
Maintain and optimize the website post-launch with continuous testing and improvements.
Align closely with supply chain, customer service, operations, and marketplace teams.
Manage inventory planning, forecasting, and product availability.
Support pricing, promotions, and product launch execution.
Act as the central point of contact ensuring all teams operate toward shared goals.
Monitor key brand metrics including CAC, LTV, AOV, conversion rate, and retention.
Report performance insights and growth opportunities to leadership.
Conduct competitor analysis and identify strategic opportunities for expansion.
Required Experience
3–5+ years in brand management, growth marketing, or DTC e-commerce.
Proven success owning revenue and growth targets.
Experience managing PPC agencies (Meta, Google, TikTok).
Hands-on involvement in creative production and feedback loops.
Proficiency with Shopify and e-commerce analytics.
Strong analytical mindset — capable of turning data into actionable strategies.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and agencies.
Familiarity with email/SMS marketing, influencer strategy, and content workflows.
CPG or consumer goods background.
Experience launching new products or brands.
Familiarity with subscription models or social commerce (TikTok Shop).
Pet industry experience (bonus, not required).
