Our future
HR & SST Senior Assistant
will be responsible for implementing, managing, and evaluating the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG SST) and Environmental System, ensuring compliance with legal requirements to protect staff and facilities. The role also includes advising on health and safety matters, reporting workplace accidents and occupational illnesses, coordinating emergency drills, and generating monthly reports to improve action strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement, manage, and evaluate the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG SST) and Environmental System, ensuring legal compliance and contributing to the wellbeing and safety of staff, facilities, and equipment.
- Provide advice on Health, Safety, and Environmental topics to directors, middle management, administrative teams, and operational staff, ensuring awareness of current legislation and corporate responsibilities.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of workplace accidents, occupational illnesses, and related investigations at assigned sites to meet legal requirements and maintain updated accident rates.
- Implement and maintain COPASST, CCL, Environmental Component, COE, and the emergency brigade; carry out emergency drills at TMF facilities and ensure personnel are trained to provide support.
- Generate monthly reports identifying new action strategies in coordination with the Health, Safety, and Environmental team.
- Prepare, maintain, and analyze statistics on workplace accidents, occupational diseases, mortality, and morbidity, ensuring availability for competent authorities.
- Protect and appropriately manage physical and informational assets assigned to the role, minimizing risks that could impact them.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Professional degree in Occupational Health and Safety.
- Extensive experience in SST.
- Experience in designing, implementing, and managing the system across different economic sectors and in standards 7, 21, and 60.
- Advanced English level (Mandatory).
