We are seeking a hands-on CRM Data Specialist to support the cleanup, enrichment, and ongoing management of our HubSpot CRM. This is a full-time, execution-focused role that reports to the VP of Marketing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable rolling up their sleeves to clean, normalize, and enrich data, ensuring high-quality information for sales and marketing operations. Your work in maintaining accurate CRM data will directly enable the creation of actionable company lists for targeting and strategic business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:


• Clean, normalize, and enrich CRM data following established hygiene rules (USPS-style addresses, state codes, ZIP formats, country codes, etc.).


• Enrich contact and company records using HubSpot and external tools (ZoomInfo, SAFER, RIGDIG, LinkedIn) without overwriting critical information.


• Identify and flag mismatches or data quality issues between sources (HubSpot, SAFER, ZoomInfo).


• Build and maintain lists of "like" companies based on ICP criteria, SIC, and NAICS codes to support sales and marketing targeting.


• Ensure data integrity to enable accurate segmentation and actionable insights for business growth.

Qualifications:


• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred).


• Strong attention to detail and ability to independently solve data quality challenges.


• Understanding of data hygiene, normalization, and best practices for contact and company records.


• Ability to work with ICP criteria, SIC/NAICS codes, and other business rules to support targeted outreach initiatives.
